Upload a pet photo you own or have permission to use. Check the design, product, size and placement before ordering — we print the design you approve.

Preview results can vary. You can try another idea or use your own photo before paying for a product.

Shopify handles payment and checkout. Prices are shown for your selected delivery country and in the currency displayed. Your design is included in the product price.

Check the final total and delivery address before paying. Your order confirmation records what you bought.

Our printed goods are personalised and made to order. The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, so we cannot accept a return simply because you change your mind.

This does not take away your rights if something is faulty. For defects, damage in transit or print errors, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We offer a free reprint or refund.

Previews are used only to make new images. Ordering a design you have already made never needs previews, and using your own photo does not use previews.

Previews have no cash value and are valid for 24 months from when they are granted or purchased. Used previews are non-refundable; this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

A digital file is a download, not a printed product. Where required, immediate delivery needs your express agreement and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends when delivery starts.

No copyrighted characters, brands, logos or real people, including celebrities. We also block sexual content, gore, hate and violence.

Generic ideas are welcome: Santa, an astronaut, a king, a pirate or a superhero with a simple red cape. Blocked ideas do not use previews.
