Your photos stay private
Uploads and original images are private. We use them only to make your previews and products, not to train AI.
Our retention policy is to delete uploaded photos and original images after 90 days, or on your request. Contact us using the seller details above to request deletion.
What we collect and why
We use your photo and idea to create your design. We use your account details to save designs and track previews, and your order, contact and delivery details to fulfil purchases and help you if something goes wrong.
We use your selected country, a country-level location lookup or browser language setting to show the right prices. You can change the delivery country in the footer.
Who helps us
Lovable Cloud stores account information and private images. Image-making providers process the photo and idea to make your design. Shopify handles checkout and payments, and Printful receives the print file and delivery details needed to print and ship your order.
These providers may process information in countries outside your own. We share only what is needed for their part of the service.
Accounts, cookies and saved choices
We store sign-in information, your cart and your chosen delivery country on your device so the shop works and remembers your choices. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own essential cookies.
We do not sell your photos or personal information. Order and payment records may need to be kept longer than photos to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, corrections or deletion, and raise a privacy concern with us. Some records must be kept where the law requires it. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
