Does it work with any animal?
Yes – dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds, even the family hamster. If it has a face you love, we can turn it into art.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face in focus works best. Try a photo at their eye level, without anything covering their face.
How do the free previews work?
You get 8 free previews to try ideas – no account needed. Want 12 more? Just enter your email. You only pay when you order something.
Do I pay for the design and the product?
No. The price you see is the finished product with your design printed on it. Designing is free – we just limit how many new designs you can make for free.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 1–2 weeks. That's typical for the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Your exact estimate shows at checkout.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 10 for most countries. Earlier is always safer – December is the busiest time of year for printing and shipping.
Is shipping free?
Yes – shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.
What sizes and quality can I expect?
Canvas comes in 12, 16 and 20 inches, posters are framed 12x16, blankets are 50x60, mugs 11oz, hoodies S–3XL, and phone cases fit iPhone 13–17 models. We sharpen every design before Printful prints it on premium materials.
Can I return my order?
Personalised items can't be returned if you simply change your mind. But if anything arrives misprinted or damaged, we reprint it free – just email a photo to info@muzzlemuse.com.

Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay – all through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see your card details.
Can I add two pets?
Yes – upload one clear photo with both pets and include them in your idea. Results can vary, so check that you love both faces before ordering.
Is my photo private?
Yes. Your uploads and original images are private and used only to make your products, not to train AI. Our photo policy is deletion after 90 days or on request.
Can you print famous characters?
No copyrighted characters, brands, logos or real people. Try a generic astronaut, pirate, king or superhero with a red cape instead – Santa is welcome too.
